Paula Campbell is director of the President’s Office for Southern California Edison (SCE), providing support to the president on matters coming before SCE managing committees, operational and service excellence planning, and corporate-wide special projects.
Campbell has held a variety of executive roles, including Business Planning and Operational Excellence for Power Delivery Services and the Edison SmartConnect™ Program Office where Campbell oversaw project management, financial controls, change management and communications for the $1.6 billion, multi-year smart metering program.
Campbell began her career at SCE in 1990, which has been shaped by broad experiences in a number of positions in customer service operations, information technology systems development, start up, and business process integration.
She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and holds executive certificates from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and MIT Sloan School of Management.
