JOIN US on June 4th for this informative and timely session on AB 53, what it means for insurance companies and diverse businesses, and how the passage of this legislation continues to speak to the importance and relevance of supplier diversity programs and inclusion efforts.
IN AUGUST 2012, AB 53 passed the state Senate and Assembly. The bill requires insurance companies with premiums of $100 million or more in California to report on minority-, women- and disabled veteran-owned business procurement efforts by July 1, 2013.
