Paul Granillo President and CEO, Inland Empire Economic Partnership (IEEP)Paul Granillo currently serves as Chair on the Board of Directors of Mobility 21, Chair of the California Stewardship Network, and Co-Chair of the California Economic Summit. Paul is a member of the Regional Economic Alliance Leaders of California, and the Southern California Association of Governments Global Land Use and Economics Committee. He also sits on the Board of Directors for The Community Foundation Serving Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, and Cal State San Bernardino’s Foundation Board.

Mr. Cástulo de la Rocha, President and CEO of AltaMed Health Services Corporation
Recognizing the achievements of Mr. Cástulo de la Rocha, President and CEO of AltaMed Health Services Corporation. A long standing community health leader for more than 35 years. During this time, he has taken AltaMed, a non-profit community health clinic, from two employees to a fully-accredited Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with over 1,900 employees. Today, AltaMed is the largest FQHC in the State of California and among the top five in the nation, delivering more than half a million patient visits annually from 43 sites in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, including 21 clinic sites and 11 senior care service centers.
Ingrid Otero-Smart – President/CEO of Casanova Pendrill
Ingrid started her career at McCann Erickson in her native Puerto Rico. She joined CP after three years as President of Anita Santiago Advertising. Previously she was with Mendoza Dillon & Asociados, rising to President and COO. Client experience includes automotive, packaged goods, travel, pharmaceuticals, financial services, retail and technology categories, having worked with companies such as Ford Motor Co, Cingular, Sears, Kraft Foods, IKEA, Wells Fargo Bank, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer, and McNeil Consumer Products, among others. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies (AHAA) and a past President of that organization.

Donna J. Davis- Region IX – Regional Administrator
Ms. Donna Davis recently joined the SBA as Regional Administrator for Region IX, which encompasses Arizona, California, Guam, Hawaii, and Nevada. Davis has over three decades of experience in working with small businesses and corporations, as well as public service with governments at the city, state and federal levels. Davis has served on the boards of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce-AZ, the National Small Business Association, Arizona Chamber of Commerce and Industry, National Association of Women Business Owners, and Women Impacting Public Policy and is a Leadership America inductee. She is a graduate of Northern Arizona University and completed a Harvard Business School Executive Program.
J. Adalberto Quijada- Santa Ana/Inland Empire District Director
J. Adalberto Quijada is the District Director of the Santa Ana District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration with service responsibility for the counties of Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino in Southern California. In fiscal year 2012, the Santa Ana District Office approved 1,423 loans generating $1,125,397,500 in financial assistance to small businesses. In addition, the Santa Ana District Office awarded 69 8(a) contracts for a total of $82 million.
