The Sol Business Awards Gala is the Latin Business Association’s premiere annual black tie event. The Gala recognizes and awards outstanding entrepreneurs and corporations for their accomplishments, and contributions to the Latino Business Community.

In commemoration of the 35th year anniversary of the Latin Business Association, the LBA will also recognize thirty-five of our members, or their family members, who are serving or have served in the U.S. Armed Forces by highlighting and presenting a specially-made award to them in a segment of the Gala entitled “Community Hero Awards”, honoring them for their distinguished and selfless service to our country.

This segment of the Gala will also feature Special Guest of Honor Lt. General Ricardo Sanchez (Retired), who served with distinction in the United States Army for 33 years. Upon his retirement in 2006, Lt. Gen. Sanchez was the highest-ranking Hispanic in the U.S. Army.
