Mr. Escarcega is fluent in both Spanish and English and serves on the faculty for the OSHA Training Institute (OSTI) region IX San Diego, CA. He is the Chairman for all OSHA courses conducted in Spanish. He also is Chairperson for ASSE’s Common Interest group SPALW “Safety Professionals and Latino Workforce” Hector also serves on the faculty at the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in the Labor/ Occupational Safety and Health Program in Hazardous Materials.
