Biography of Amado Hernandez

REO Experience:
Amado Hernandez, Broker/Owner, obtained his Real Estate
license in 1988, and his broker license in 1999. He has been
the broker and manager for both Century 21 Empire offices in
in Moreno Valley and West Covina. The company was
founded in Moreno Valley, California on March 22nd, 1995 as
HomeLife Achievers Realty, and changed franchise names to
the present name in 2004. Mr. Hernandez began the
company by selling houses through the Housing Assistance
Program (HAP), working with the US Core of Engineers as
March Air Force Base was downsizing. Following HAP, the
company has focused on helping the different migrating
minorities obtain their dream of homeownership which it has
sustained since with over $500 million in closed sales.
